Clarity Systems, the provider of corporate performance management (CPM) solutions, has joined the Oracle PartnerNetwork and will support Oracle Database 10g. The announcement formalises a long standing relationship with Oracle and extends Clarity's policy of multi-platform support, which includes the popular Essbase database.

Joanna Bonos of Clarity told FSN, “Clarity Systems has many active Clarity 6 customers with thousands of users running on Hyperion Essbase and Oracle 10g. Clarity Systems is the only Oracle partner to have successfully implemented large scale performance management solutions on both Hyperion Essbase and Oracle 10g.”

The Oracle PartnerNetwork is a global business network of more than 19,000 companies who deliver software solutions based on Oracle software. Partners have access to Oracle's premier products, education, technical services, marketing and sales support.

Clarity Systems remains one of the few independent CPM suppliers following the rash of recent acquisitions in the performance management space, delivering budgeting, planning, reporting, modeling, consolidation and forecasting solutions to Fortune 500 organisations. Most recently including Southwest Airlines.

Clarity says its policy of supporting multiple platforms with a web-based and unified solution has enabled its customers to get up and running faster with a performance management solution and lower the total cost of ownership.
