Infor selected by Kempinski to implement group-wide business intelligence platform

Infor, has revealed that Kempinski Hotels, a European luxury hotel group, has begun the implementation process of Infor Dynamic Enterprise Performance Management (d/EPM). The solution will be deployed across the group's 73 five-star hotels in 31 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia and is designed to serve as a unified business intelligence platform, complementing the existing installation of Infor EzRMS. It is hoped the combination of both solutions integrated with the group's finance systems will enable Kempinski to consolidate and analyze financial, operational, market and performance data from multiple sources, enabling faster and better-informed decision-making by providing a more holistic view of forecasting, revenues and costs.




It is anticipated that by adding Infor d/EPM, Kempinski will for the first time gain access to real-time performance visibility across its business and achieve increased consistency in demand management, distribution and account production analysis.  Revenue management forecasts, as well as data from other sources such as finance, operations, reservations, demand and reputation systems are sent automatically to Infor d/EPM, eliminating the data consolidation process previously run manually once a month. Infor d/EPM pushes role-specific insights in uniform or custom configurable performance dashboards, providing at-a-glance information which is designed to help with better decision making at all levels.
