Johnston Sweepers choose BOARD for Sales & Operational Planning

BOARD International announce that a leading manufacturer of outdoor surface cleansing equipment. Johnston Sweepers has chosen the BOARD Platform to provide Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Performance Management (CPM). 




Johnston Sweepers identified the need to strengthen the existing S&OP process in order to bring a new level of clarity to the business to support strategic decision making. The current process is supported by a network of spreadsheets and monthly meetings leaving the process open to exposure of manual error/loss of knowledge as process owners leave the business.

Johnston Sweepers say they selected BOARD, for its unified BI and CPM functionality and ease of use, which in turn they hope will enable all processes to be consolidated into one system with workflow for monthly demand review submissions and what-if analysis.

The BOARD S&OP solution is expected to provide the senior management team with a summary dashboard by family of product; Order Book Quantity; and Orders Shipped during current year allowing to execute real-time what-if scenarios.
