Skandia selects Thunderhead for compliant customer correspondence
13th February 2006 Skandia Life, has selected the Thunderhead framework to generate its customer communications. Skandia will initially implement the Thunderhead framework in the production of all policy documentation for a new range of Pension products and in the creation of annual review statements for the Protection range of products.
Skandia will also use Thunderhead to streamline the creation and maintenance of ad-hoc customer correspondence, to provide increased auditability, automation and improved operational efficiency to the process. The ability to personalize Thunderhaead's technology will enable Skandia to produce contextual communications based on individual customer preferences. Additionally, a variety of output options could allow Skandia to deliver final copy via e-delivery to Financial Advisor and Client portals, email, and fax.
