PS Financials the provider of accounting software and Version One the document management and imaging specialist have signed an agreement that will see the complete integration of Version One's 'paperless office' technology into PS Financials' accounting and business management software. The announcement follows a string of similar deals by Version One which now integrates with every popular ERP system.

The latest deal means that users of PS Financials will be able to access directly electronically archived documents, such as supplier invoices and automatically deliver, authorise and manage from within their accounting software.

Richard Pierce, PS Financials' MD says, "Our partnership with Version One, which is in response to increasing worldwide demand for integrated paperless office technologies, will ensure PS Financials' users have access to the most advanced document management functionality on the market."

"Our users will be able to improve business efficiency whilst making dramatic savings of time, money and storage space."

Tony Bray, Director of Version One says, "Manual, paper-based processes do not make good business sense; they are time-consuming, costly, inefficient and prone to error. This strategic partnership will give PS Financials' users direct access to Version One's software, enabling them to further streamline their business processes."
