| Xerox to manage Nokia's global print services | |
| 13th March 2006 Xerox has been chosen to manage Nokia's print services globally. Under the four-year agreement, Xerox will provide consultancy and project management to standardise output capabilities across Nokia and provide devices and support services related to all elements of office output. The service agreement includes networked printers, copiers and multifunctional devices. Within the managed services contract, Xerox will look after Nokia's document output infrastructure, including equipment supply and support, and consumables supply with on-site support in many locations. "Document outsourcing is a logical business trend that demonstrates clear customer benefits. Our mission at Xerox is to drive cost savings and boost office productivity for our customers, such as Nokia”, said Shaun Pantling, director and general manager, Xerox Global Services, Europe. |
