13th March 2006 Xerox has been chosen to manage Nokia's print services globally. Under the four-year agreement, Xerox will provide consultancy and project management to standardise output capabilities across Nokia and provide devices and support services related to all elements of office output. The service agreement includes networked printers, copiers and multifunctional devices.
Within the managed services contract, Xerox will look after Nokia's document output infrastructure, including equipment supply and support, and consumables supply with on-site support in many locations.
