Brandili Têxtil, a children’s textile company based in Apiúna (SC), Brazil, has selected Infor solutions to enhance its productivity and to improve its operational processes. Brandili will review and standardise its processes with Infor solutions, providing a single flow of information, consistent and reliable throughout the organisation.
Brandili, founded 46 years ago, is one of the main players in the manufacture of childrens textiles with two big manufacturing plants in the cities of Apiúna and Otacílio Costa (SC). The company consumes monthly 230 tons of fabric and manufactures approximately 15 million units for the childrens and teen fashion market.
After more than a year of evaluating main IT providers of business application software, Brandili will rely on Infor’s ERP LN, enterprise resource planning solution, as well as business specific solutions such as EAM for efficient asset management, PM for performance management and strategic planning.
Brandili is planning to grow 15% in revenue during 2011 compared to the previous year. Specific features provided by Infor that helped the software provider come out on top included the possibility of controlling textile dyes integrating to solution currently used by Brandili for colour dying, the storage and tracking of textile threads and the ability to hold technical specifications on file for all products.
