Infor, and Ciber, a 7,000 strong global IT consulting company, have entered into a strategic agreement to help speed implementations and significantly expand the number of trained consultants globally for Infor applications. Both companies are specialized by industry and will deliver programmatic services and advanced implementation methodologies that Ciber’s consultants will use to accelerate implementations. Equipment service, management and rental dealers will be among the first to benefit from the alliance.
Ciber’s relationship with Infor dates back to 1995, when the company partnered with Lawson Software, which Infor acquired a year ago. As one of Infor’s largest systems integration partners, Ciber implements full-scale business transformation projects through business process calibration and change management, as well as functional and technical services supporting Infor applications and technology. Ciber delivers solutions supporting budgeting, financial processes and analysis, human capital management, and manufacturing and distribution systems. The company also offers expertise in several of Infor’s targeted vertical industries.
