Pomeroy IT solutions selects SAP CRM and ERP systems to manage product distribution and service offerings

Pomeroy IT Solutions, a provider of IT products and services, with approximately 3,500 personnel has selected SAP's Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) and SAP ERP applications to better integrate the two sides of its business – IT product distribution and services. The new systems will help Pomeroy realise a single view across all customers, obtain real-time visibility into its financial position.

Pomeroy is a national IT product distribution and services provider, delivering product life-cycle, IT help desk and desk-side support solutions to Fortune 2000 companies and government entities. Pomeroy employs approximately 3,500 professionals and reported 2006 revenues of approximately $631 million.
