Linemaster Switch, a manufacturer of foot switches, has selected Infor ERP SyteLine to manage its manufacturing business processes enabling it to increase productivity, strengthen reporting capabilities and more rapidly respond to changes from customers and suppliers. Merittech, an Infor channel partner, helped Linemaster Switch to select ERP SyteLine. Critical to Linemaster Switch’s selection of ERP SyteLine was the ability to receive seamless upgrades and updates through ERP SyteLine’s .net framework.
Joe Carlone, Jr., vice president of Sales and Marketing, Linemaster Switch, says, “We involved all departments in our search for a new ERP system so that we could be sure our system would work within our existing structure to improve our operations without forcing us to retool our processes for the system. SyteLine was the right fit for us because it has built-in best practices, but is also flexible enough to adapt to the existing processes that work for us.”
