Financial Consolidation and Reporting system “Reportstream” from Methys is now freely available in open source.
ReportStream is a system which, Methys says has been used in multi-national corporations over the last 10 years for financial consolidation and reporting. The system handles multiple currencies, eliminations and can produce statutory and management reporting at corporate, region, country and legal entity level. All reports are configurable using the report writing feature. The system is written in Progress and, says the company, integrates easily with ERP and financial ledger systems. The full system is offered free and the download includes all user, technical and training material as well as full source code and database definitions and spreadsheet tools.
