NMI Group, the Southern African supplier of staple food and animal feed, has selected Tagetik 3.0 to simplify statutory and management reporting processes and provide timely and accurate management information.
Tagetik 3.0 will ensure that NMI is able to reduce the time it takes to compile annual and quarterly consolidated reports substantially and will enable the company to start producing interim reports – something it doesn’t currently manage efficiently due to the complexity around the reporting processes. Tagetik will also ensure that NMI Group is able to deal efficiently with complex multi-currency requirements and regional interpretations of accounting standards.
Ernest Pachonick, Finance Manager at NMI explains, “It’s currently time consuming to collect and process data for NMI Group requirements, so we’re excited by the prospect of enabling the regions to manage and run their own reporting, and the ability for the Group to produce consolidated reports based on one set of standardised reporting."
