Seat PG, one of Italy’s largest marketing communications agencies based in Milan, has upgraded to Tagetik 3.0. The solution will integrate Seat’s planning, budgeting, forecasting and corporate disclosure processes in a single unified environment. Tagetik replaces an Easy Finance legacy solution which had been in place for over 10 years.
Seat PG is the first customer to deploy Tagetik 3.0 – Collaborative Disclosure Management (CDM) which was released just two months ago. CDM uses collaborative technology to automate the process of compiling and publishing financial statements and places Tagetik amongst the leaders in the so called ‘Last Mile’ of finance.
“Companies are devoting more and more attention to ensuring a fast close and compliance with government regulations and corporate policies,” said Manuel Vellutini, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tagetik. “Tagetik 3.0 – Collaborative Disclosure Management supports these efforts by creating a collaborative environment for preparing, sharing, consolidating and publishing documentation related to the final steps of business management. Since these processes are unified in a single system, companies can calculate highly accurate forecasts and analyze detailed data to ultimately execute their business strategies.”
Tagetik recently reported strong fourth-quarter sales with companies looking to support multiple financial processes. Besides Seat PG, the software vendor has recently sealed deals with RCS MediaGroup, Bormioli Rocco, KB1909 Group, Centrosolar Group, Holding Slovenske Elektrarne d.o.o and Manuli Rubber.
