Irving Oil Marketing Inc. has selected Trintech’s ReconNET software for financial process compliance. ReconNET is a component of Trintech's Unity platform, a suite of modular software designed to meet companies’ financial governance, risk management and compliance goals.
Irving Oil has over 800 fueling locations in New England and Atlantic Canada. Trintech says that its Unity platform will enable Irving Oil to increase the accuracy and transparency of financial reporting, reduce operational costs, shorten accounting cycle times, reduce the risk of material weaknesses and fully comply with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Trintech's ReconNET module, is designed for high-volume account matching. It automates daily, monthly, and periodic reconciliation and the balancing of financial accounts. With ReconNET's customizable business rules and automated reconciliation, staff can process accounts and transactions quickly, accurately, and consistently in compliance.
