FinancialForce has announced that Cincinnati Bell Inc. is now live on FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA). The majority of these users work remotely and are using FinancialForce for instant on-the-go time and expense entry.
One of the reasons FinancialForce’s Enterprise Resource Planning was implemented was to allow remote employees to update their hours in real time without having to log on to the company network or access a Virtual Private Network.
