Cranfield University has selected UNIT4’s Software as a Service (SaaS) recruitment solution, Agresso e-Recruiter. The solution will streamline internal recruiting operations, save time and money, and enhance the applicant experience. Agresso e-Recruiter is part of UNIT4’s Agresso Campus Platform which is specifically designed for the Higher Education sector.
Attracting and recruiting the best talent is key to Cranfield maintaining its global reputation for inspirational teaching, high quality research and renowned business connections. With this in mind the University is implementing Agresso e-Recruiter. The solution will streamline the entire recruitment lifecycle, enabling candidates to apply and track their application progression electronically and recruiting managers to access applications online to short list candidates.

The solution will enable Cranfield University, via a thoroughly modern interface, to attract applicants and help the University’s recruitment team easily adapt its strategy and apply best practice recruitment processes. Agresso e-Recruiter includes a job board that is fully integrated with the Institution’s website, application tracking, configurable online application forms and 25 standard reports.
The University, says that Agresso’s flexibility is also important to allowing recruitment staff to configure the system when required without the need to call in costly external IT consultants.
