Gartner positions Oracle in Leaders Quadrant for Talent Management Suites

Oracle has been positioned in the Leaders quadrant for Gartner’s 2013 “Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites.”  Gartner Magic Quadrants position vendors within a particular market segment based on their completeness of vision and their ability to execute on that vision.

 

 

 

 

According to Gartner, “Talent management suites are an integrated set of applications, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance appraisal/assessment, goals management, career development, succession management, learning management and compensation management.” 

The Oracle Talent Cloud is a unified set of cloud services comprised of recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance and goal management, succession planning, and compensation. It is embedded with social capabilities and available on mobile devices to help improve user engagement and experience.

The Oracle Talent Cloud integrates with on-premise HR systems as well as key third-party sites containing industry data and KPIs for sophisticated analytics and predictive analytics, providing insight crucial to driving business value.
