Infor says that Ahold, the international supermarket group has confirmed Infor WFM Workbrain as their pan-European workforce management (WFM) solution. The integrated suite of WFM solutions is expected to automate and standardize time and labour processes, improve employee satisfaction, and allow Ahold to adapt to changing conditions more easily.
Infor’s solution suite includes five software modules covering the full WFM cycle: Workforce Planning, Workforce Scheduling, Workforce Time & Attendance, Leave Management, and Workforce Performance. The latter will provide comprehensive reporting functionality including ad hoc queries and customised reports, ensuring that managers from all levels use the same information for better, real-time decision making.
Infor says that retailers worldwide have transformed their workforce operations by leveraging Infor WFM Workbrain, a solution that they say is able to map complex labour challenges—such as union policies and legislative constraints, manage time and attendance and improve visibility into hours worked, overtime, and labour cost.
