SnapLogic selects FinancialForce PSA to improve project visibility and utilisation

4th January 2016, has revealed SnapLogic has successfully implemented FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA). SnapLogic, selected FinancialForce PSA to replace a combination of spreadsheets and SpringAhead, a web-based time and expense reporting platform.




While these solutions maintained basic project details early on, they were unable to support SnapLogic’s rapidly growing customer base and demand on professional services resources. The company, who now powers enterprise application and data integration processes for businesses across the Global 2000, found that important functions like reporting, forecasting and budgeting became difficult to efficiently uphold.

Committed to improving project and account visibility, executives selected FinancialForce PSA to help automate previously manual tasks and now receive real-time forecasting data so managers can make immediate and strategic decisions.

The app is also intended to help streamline project staffing process says SnapLogic resulting in better employee utilization. Previously, managers were reacting to staffing demands, and now, managers are aware of resource requests far in advance so they can make smart hiring decisions.
