Access Technology Group acquires Armstrong Consultants
Access Technology Group the provider of mid-market business and accounting software has acquired Armstrong Consultants, taking the Group close to its 2010 milestone of £30m turnover - more than a year earlier than planned.
For the second year running, Armstrong Consultants has been listed in the top twenty of the Sunday Times list of ‘Best Small Companies To Work For'. The business fit between the two organisations is excellent and there are no plans for any redundancies on either side.
The Access Technology Group aims to grow its business to £100m turnover by 2017 by acquiring vertical market software houses – Armstrong Consultants is very successful in the professional services and service management markets.
