Sapphire Systems says that it is to implement and support SAP Business One and Procurement One at RESPONSE, a provider of customer management solutions.
Part of the RESPONSE Group’s growth involved acquisition, which resulted in there being more than one finance system in place. RESPONSE required a single solution that would meet the needs of all the group companies and make consolidation and reporting more straightforward. Many solutions were considered and SAP Business One with Procurement One (powered by Compleat) from Sapphire were chosen as “they met all the detailed functional requirements listed in the RFP [Request for Proposal] document” said Julie Lang, Finance Manager at RESPONSE.
