One of the leading companies in the electrical repair sector, Daly Electrical Services, has specified IRIS to supply a new Enterprise-wide integrated Field Service Management and Financial Management system. The six figure order win is the latest for the newly expanded IRIS that has established itself as a sector specialist in a number of key markets since its merger with CS Group in June 2007.
Daly Electrical Services has selected the IRIS systems, Service Director and Exchequer, to streamline Call Handling, Scheduling, Contract Management and Mobile Data and to manage the organisation's Core Financials, Sales and Purchase Order Processing, Stock Planning and e-Banking. The integrated system replaces a bespoke package written specifically for the company that was struggling to meet demand.
Daly has a long standing reputation for providing reliable and technically advanced bakery and catering maintenance and repair services to supermarkets, hotels and fast food outlets across the Southern Counties and London .
