Infor, has acquired Qurius’ ERP LN operations. Qurius is an Infor implementation partner which provides architecture and systems management for business and IT solutions, including infrastructures. As part of the terms of the deal, Infor will assume approximately 60 Qurius staff members who will continue to service Infor’s ERP LN customers in Italy, Germany and Spain moving forward to ensure continuity.
Qurius will divest its Infor business. However, it will continue to own and operate the rest of its publicly-traded business. The acquisition, says Infor, helps to build its ERP LN business, which is a strategic priority for the company.
Customers who are currently using Qurius as their technology partner to manage their ERP LN implementations will be able to continue to work with the same professional services team as well as have direct access to Infor’s business software applications moving forward.
Commenting on the acquisition, Dennis Michalis, SVP, Infor said “A strong channel partner program is critical to maintaining the close collaborative relationships that have enabled us to become the leading provider of business software for mid-market customers.”
“Infor’s acquisition of Qurius’ ERP LN operations does not represent a shift in this strategy, we will continue to invest heavily in our channel partner program and recruit new partners across the globe to benefit our customers,” he added.
