Infor, has announced its next generation financial management solution “Infor FMS SunSystems Enterprise”. Enhancements in the new product include, a new user interface, web based access, improved reporting capabilities and integration with third party applications.
The new web based user interface leverages Microsoft Sharepoint, to provide a consistent look and feel with a single sign-on, unified navigation and in-context collaboration to multiple Infor applications. Improved reporting capabilities reduce user reliance on IT through a new reporting tool and report designer and a library of standard reports. Ad hoc reporting functionality from Infor PM Query & Analysis runs inside web parts providing in-context operational intelligence to aid decision making. Finally, MS SunSystems Enterprise will use Infor ION to provide integration, business process management and shared data reporting.
