Integrated IRIS CRM Suite launched for Exchequer accounting system

IRIS Enterprise Software, part of the newly enlarged IRIS Software Group, has announced the launch of a new IRIS CRM Suite designed for its Exchequer accounting and business product. This latest development is the first of several significant enhancements due to be launched over the coming months and signals a substantial investment by the IRIS Group, which now ranks in the top 6 of Software and Service providers in the UK, in the Exchequer product.

"The new IRIS CRM suite is significantly more sophisticated than those offered by most other mid-market accounting software vendors," comments Rob Steele Product Director. "Most software authors have shied away from the task of developing full Customer Relationship Management functionality, developing limited surface level systems with ineffective contact manager modules.

"Our research shows that this is simply not enough and today's businesses have far more sophisticated needs. They are demanding fully integrated solutions with complete Customer Relationship Management functionality."

Key features for the new suite of modules include; Integration with sales and purchase ledger including drill down; instant access to historical sales information to sales individuals; simple views of product and pricing information; end to end order lifecycle from quotation to invoice; campaign, pipeline and sales lead management and seamless integration with Microsoft Office

IRIS Group says that IRIS CRM is available now following a comprehensive trial programme.
