M4 Systems has announced the release of a new solution for use with the Microsoft Dynamics ERP portfolio of solutions. Developed in Microsoft Silverlight, Advanced Time and Expense Management is a web based solution fully integrated with Microsoft Dynamics GP and AX.
The solution captures time and expense submissions straight to the General Ledger with a sales order processing invoice option or can post projects in Dynamics GP or AX. M4 says that Microsoft Dynamics Advanced Time and Expense is role based with powerful workflow capabilities.
Dave Saunders, Business Development Director at M4 Systems explained the reasoning behind developing the new enhancement “In the current economic climate it is essential to have a time and expense management solution. Organisations process hundreds of expenses and timesheets on a monthly basis. The cost of entering, authorising, checking and adjusting the data is high. The solution was developed to meet real customer requirements – to control costs and reduce man time spent on time and expense procedures.”
Advanced Time and Expense Management is already adding value and business benefit to existing Dynamics customer sites, including South East Water, a utilities company supplying large parts of the United Kingdom with drinking water.
Advanced Time and Expense Management adds another string to M4’s existing enhancements for Microsoft Dynamics. Other enhancements developed by the reseller and Microsoft Gold Partner include Advanced General Ledger, SOP/GL Defaulter, Batch and Document Lookup and Advanced Recurring Billing.
