Reporting software specialists Symtrax Corporation has launched a new business Dashboard solution aimed at penetrating new markets in North America and Europe from 2006. They say that extracting data from any database or ERP, Symtrax's Dashboard solution creates Excel-based graphs, tables and charts directly into a web browser and delivers a range of user-definable key performance indictors (KPI's), with the possibility to go deeper into the data whenever required. A progressive development program is planned for 2006 as well as highly targeted marketing towards selected industry sectors.
Managing director Bernard Aldebert said, "Symtrax recognize that business decisions are usually taken in groups. This solution provides an easy way for even non-technical staff to see Microsoft Excel reports relevant to their daily needs and share this data with others in the chain for more effective decision making. Whether the decisions are at strategic level taken by directors and managers, or at operational level taken by executives and staff, everyone that uses this solution will benefit from information that cannot be ignored."
This move represents the first in a series of strategic changes by the company, first announced in October 2005.
