Chase De Vere Mortgage Management, outsources its IT services in a five year deal with Netstore
27th November 2006 Chase De Vere Mortgage Management, has outsourced the management of its IT services in a five year deal with Netstore, covering all its office, finance and business applications, and infrastructure used by its UK-based staff. Netstore is employing a ‘software as service' model in which services will be delivered and charged on a per user per month basis. This move is part Chase De Vere's aggressive IT strategy that aims to deliver secure, resilient and cutting edge, technical solutions to its ever mobile workforce - while achieving significant reductions in its back office IT overhead.
As well as hosting, security, incident management, change and problem management of core business applications -such as CRM (Riskfree) and Financials (Sage) - Netstore will also manage Chase De Vere's B2B links to both UK based mortgage providers and other third party service providers such as valuers, solicitors and various banking services.
Netstore will also manage Chase De Vere's IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, desktops and all Microsoft Exchange, Office, Sharepoint, SQL Server and mortgage broking applications. Using its central Citrix hosting platform, Netstore will be responsible for all the systems' and deliver a disaster recovery service from its data centres in Reading and Gateshead .
