LogicaCMG and ING sign final € 200 million outsourcing agreement
13th November 2006 LogicaCMG and ING have signed a final agreement for outsourcing the application development, application maintenance and testing of IT systems mainly related to ING's banking operations in the Netherlands. The agreement announced earlier this year is expected to have a value of over 200 million euros over a period of six years.
More than 300 ING employees based in the Netherlands will transfer to LogicaCMG on January 1 st 2007.
