IRIS empowers UK accountancy firms to collaborate online with their clients through the launch of IRIS KashFlow Connect

Accountancy and payroll provider IRIS, has launched the latest version of its cloud-based accounting software, KashFlow, as an integrated component of its broader cloud strategy. KashFlow offers accountants online collaboration with their SME clients and integration with IRIS Accountancy Suite. 




The release of three new editions of KashFlow coincides with new multi-tiered pricing and a new IRIS “KashFlow Connect” Partner Programme to help accountants effectively position online bookkeeping and collaboration to their clients. With more than half of the 30,000 UK accountancy practices using IRIS solutions to run their practices, IRIS enables new ways for the UK accountancy sector and their small business clients to efficiently and securely collaborate.

Each new edition of KashFlow includes a completely new “look and feel”, which IRIS says makes bookkeeping even easier for SME clients. It also automatically optimises the way it works for each of the devices a clients isusing, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC, all without the need to download and install cumbersome device dependent apps.

Previously, KashFlow was available in one edition. With a growing subscriber base, KashFlow has now developed three editions of its popular bookkeeping solutions to meet the exacting needs of the many different types of small businesses. Each of the new editions can be trialled for free and all enable easy creation, customisation and editing of invoices; raising of quotes, estimates and pro-forma invoices; automation of reoccurring purchases; management of customers and suppliers; and a wide range of reporting, banking, credit control and accounting capabilities.

There are three simple pricing options available ensuring sole traders never need pay for more than necessary, while larger employers have access to all they require. The ‘Starter’ edition offers value for money for freelancers, contractors and small businesses at £5 a month whilst the ‘Business’ edition is ideal for growing organisations and limited companies. At £10 per month it supports multiple users, unlimited invoices and bank transactions.  ‘Business + Payroll’ edition is only £15 a month, and includes all the benefits of the ‘Business’ edition plus the newly integrated KashFlow Payroll solution to manage payroll for up to five employees.
