Kogo, a provider of professional business IT support to SMEs, has implemented Pegasus’ Opera 3 accounting and business software solution for 10 users. Using all applications within Opera 3, including Financials; Payroll & HR; Document Management; Supply Chain Management; Business Intelligence; CRM and Service & Helpdesk Management, Kogo anticipates substantial productivity benefits through using just one integrated solution, as well as greater opportunities to drive business growth.
Kogo previously used Sage Line 50 to support its finance processes, but says that the solution couldn’t keep pace with Kogo’s 30% year on year business growth. Following a number of data corruption issues experienced in its invoicing, Kogo decided to invest in a new solution. Having evaluated a number of solutions from SAP, Sage, Access and Iris, the IT company selected Opera 3 from Pegasus Software because it was the only system that could offer everything – from financials to CRM and Service & Helpdesk Management - in a single package.
Kogo was particularly impressed with Opera 3’s ability to tightly manage services contracts and facilitate opportunities to up sell, as well as tracking and traceability of serial numbers and warranties to enhance customer service.
