Sapphire Systems the solution reseller highlighted in FSN’s top 15 companies to watch will market, sell and deploy SAP Business ByDesign – SAP’s integrated business management solution available on-demand. Sapphire is already a SAP Business One vendor.
This solution, says Sapphire Systems, is aimed at companies that want the benefits of large-scale business management applications without the costs of supporting the corresponding IT infrastructure. Accessed via a single user interface, it delivers pre-configured software for business processes and supports managing financials, customer relationships, human resources, projects, procurement and the supply chain.
Ralph Bolton, Technical Director at Sapphire Systems, said "We have been interested in SAP's cloud offering for some time now and it is good to see how SAP has developed the SAP Business ByDesign solution. I am pleased that the minimum number of users has been brought down from 25 to 10 as this will make the solution a viable option for growing companies that would like to get started with SAP ByDesign. The CRM Starter option is also well worth a look for organisations that are happy with their existing accounting solution, but could benefit from access to business critical information from wherever they happen to be."
Stuart Smalley joined the Sapphire team earlier this year to head up business development for SAP Business ByDesign at Sapphire. He will be based out of Sapphire's recently opened Birmingham office.
